Judy Delafield, Chartered Physiotherapist, Founder and Proprietor

Judy graduated in 1987 from the Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy, London. She then worked in the NHS for several years in Central London before moving to The Cromwell Hospital where she consolidated and extended her experience in the field of Neurological Rehabilitation. During the 5 years at the Cromwell Hospital, she was asked on numerous occasions to travel overseas to treat members of overseas Royalty and other dignitaries. 

Judy founded the Home Physiotherapy Service to make use of her extensive knowledge in the field of Neurology ( Stroke, Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis). She maintains a keen interest in the area of Rehabilitation and the Care of the Elderly.

Sarah Garraoui, Senior Chartered Physiotherapist

Sarah is an HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist. She has over 20 years of experience working in New York City and London in Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Neurological treatments, Post-Operative Care, Geriatrics, and Paediatrics. She obtained her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy (1996) and Doctorate in Physiotherapy (2006) in the USA.
She has dedicated her life to helping others. Over the years of treating extensively varied cases, she has a breadth of knowledge and experience that will translate into individual and real-world positive outcomes for you.

Maria Duggan, Chartered Physiotherapist

Maria graduated in 2007 and has been specializing in Neurophysiotherapy since then. She has started a MSc Biomechanics course and has a strong interest in gait and posture of the Elderly. Her work includes rehabilitation after injury or surgery, treatment of joint and muscle pain and balance problems. Maria also works with elderly patients and those with neurological conditions to help maintain their function and independence. She also works for MS Action assisting patients to maximise their physical and psychological well-being.

Patricia Smith, Chartered Physiotherapist

Patricia is an HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience. She has a degree in physiotherapy from the University of the West Indies and an MSc and PhD from the University of East London. Patricia specialises in Neurological and Musculoskeletal conditions and has vast experience in domiciliary physiotherapy, post-operative care, and Geriatrics. Her doctorate in physiotherapy is on Community Based Rehabilitation and she continues to research the subject.

Madeleine Guderley, Chartered Physiotherapist

Madeleine qualified as a physiotherapist forty years ago and has had experience with many types of treatments and specialities. Her particular interest is in all aspects of rehabilitation including orthopaedics, neurological, medical and trauma.
Her approach is to treat the whole patient and to work collaboratively with them to achieve their goals and return them to the best they can be. This will often involve some hard work but with understanding (and a sense of humour) and by breaking down the rehabilitation into achievable steps, a good outcome becomes a reality. Above all Madeleine says she loves being a physiotherapist and enjoys working with her patients.

Sarah Biffen, Chartered Physiotherapist

Sarah graduated in 2014 from the University of Liverpool. She now practices as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS specialising in post-surgical and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Previous roles saw Sarah treat clients with neurological and respiratory conditions. Recognising her passion for sports, Sarah developed her approach to physiotherapy working with elite-level athletes at Queens Park Rangers Academy and for ski physio in the Courchevel ski resort.

Mirko Vracar, Chartered Physiotherapist

Mirko graduated in 2012 in Belgrade and since has gained valuable experience through applying his skills in various disciplines. He has worked with elite athletes from different sports and, since moving to the UK, he has worked in several well-known hospitals. His main areas of physiotherapy are sports injuries, orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries.

Jonathan Stokoe, Chartered Physiotherapist

Jonathan is a Highly Specialised Critical Care Physiotherapist. Having gained experience in neurology, orthopaedics, elderly care and later specialising in Respiratory care, he can tailor treatment to varying individual and sometimes complex needs. Often seeing patients from acute hospital stays, and following their journey after they arrive home, Jonathan adapts every session to better suit their preferred rehabilitation style and can ensure that every goal set is achievable.

Shahina Reynolds, Chartered Physiotherapist

Shahina graduated from Kings College London with a BSc in Human Biology and followed it with an MSc in Accelerated Physiotherapy from Teesside University in 2008.
With over 13 years of NHS and Private sector experience, she has worked extensively in orthopaedics, intermediate care, respiratory and elderly care rehab. She has specialised in musculoskeletal care since 2010 and has gained wide experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. She is also experienced in women’s health, ante- and post-natal care, pregnancy exercise, acupuncture, treatment of soft tissue injuries, pilates, paediatrics and occupational health. She works in spinal clinics and as a First Contact Physiotherapist and works with every patient toward a goal of what matters to them most.

Stefan Duvnjak, Chartered Physiotherapist

Stefan graduated from Kings College London with an MSc in Physiotherapy (pre-reg) and a BSc in Sports Science with international experience from Bangor University. He has accumulated numerous years in London’s major hospitals working in orthopaedics, neurology, respiratory and elderly care wards as well as, musculoskeletal outpatient clinics. Subsequently, he worked in the community with patients post-hospital for the NHS alongside GPs, A&E departments and London’s private hospitals. He has since developed and managed a Physiotherapy service in a private medical clinic covering central London and Guildford.

Kelly Souris, Chartered Physiotherapist

Kelly qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Witswatersrand in South Africa in 2013 and has treated a wide variety of patients in both a community and hospital setting. She has 10 years of clinical experience and during this time she has developed a specific set of skills and special interests in respiratory and orthopaedic patients, and care of the elderly. Kelly believes in treating her patients in a holistic manner and taking a multidisciplinary approach to her treatments.

Matthew Woods, Chartered Physiotherapist

After graduating with a BSc in Neurobiology and an MSc in Physiotherapy, Matthew has gained experience in a wide variety of ward-based and community rehabilitation settings. Matthew combines his professional education with his sporting background to achieve individual patient goals and outcomes in patients having a diverse range of conditions including neurological disorders and musculoskeletal injuries.

Amir Mostaed, Chartered Physiotherapist

Amir specialises in post operative rehabilitation and has a particular interest in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal conditions. He brings expertise in tailoring recovery programs to patient needs and is dedicated to optimising their well-being. He has worked in both the NHS and private sector throughout Greater London.

Sevana Babaian, Chartered Physiotherapist

Sevana studied at King’s College London and has been physiotherapist for the Armenian National Basketball Team. She has diverse experience, from post-operative rehabilitation in both private and NHS hospitals to injury rehabilitation in private clinics and gyms. Her experience and caring nature enables her to help clients overcome pain and reach their goals. She treats a broad range of conditions, from tennis elbow and Achilles tendonitis to spinal surgery and sporting injuries. Her own injuries have taught her the importance of personalised programs, enabling thorough assessments and appropriate treatment tools such as joint and muscle strengthening, myofascial release, acupuncture, cupping and taping.

Natasha Adamson, Chartered Physiotherapist

Natasha is originally from Ireland and is registered with the HCPC and CSP. She holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiotherapy. She has four years of experience in hospitals within the NHS and has private sector experience of treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, and, particularly, tennis-related injuries. She is focused on delivering neurological rehabilitation, taking a personalised approach to treatment, which considers not just physical recovery but also the role of mental well-being, sleep, and nutrition in supporting overall health.

Courtney Gordon, Chartered Physiotherapist

Courtney is registered with the HCPC and the CSP. He has an Exercise and Sports Science BSc and I studied my Physiotherapy MSc at Brunel university, graduating in 2018. He has had over 3 years experience working in the acute hospital setting where he treated patients with musculoskeletal, respiratory, medical and neurological conditions. He also has over 3 years experience in the community setting. He is currently specialising in neurorehabilitation and maintains a keen interest in helping people achieve their personal goals.
